She created the BOLD framework — Breathe, Observe, Learn, Discern — after years of working across communications, strategy, and operations, and noticing the same thing everywhere she went: that the most capable, driven, accomplished women were the ones least likely to ask for what they actually needed. They had the skills, the vision, and the will. What they were missing was the space.

So she built it.

Celi works primarily with women in their mid-20s to mid-40s who are ready to stop running on autopilot and start building a life that genuinely reflects who they are. She has worked with solo founders finding their footing, international non-profits navigating complex change, and C-suite executive teams at multinational companies — and what each of those clients had in common was not a title or an industry, but a readiness to be honest about what they needed and courageous enough to ask for it.

Her approach is rooted in two beliefs she has held her entire life: that your story is your greatest asset, and that clarity — real, lasting clarity — doesn’t come from working harder. It comes from finally slowing down enough to listen.

Outside of her coaching work, Celi explores the world through reading, travel, Human Design, and psychology research. She brings all of it — the curiosity, the rigor, the warmth — into every session.
